I started writing fanfic to make me happy, telling myself it was fun.   And it was.   Now, not so much....

Sad to say that.   Never thought I would.  

But I am pretty sure that this will be my last lj entry.

I just completed my voting for NCIS awards. Have you?

NCIS Awards

 I had some... horrible news really.... It appears my 19 year old niece is hooking.  As in prostitute.   

And I just have no words.   None.

I can't seem to get past this yet.  I have a fic almost done I had planned to finish.  And stuff  to beta.  But I can't hardly breathe.... My heart is broken.....

Anyway...

 I have just completed the first draft of the single largest story that little ole me has ever written!  20K words....  Yes indeed, the queen of commas AND pwp has written a plot, developed characters, and resolved issues.   

*beams in pride*   

There is some polishing to be done!  And a sex scene to be ahem expanded.    But hopefully in the next week my SGA/NCIS cross will debut!!!

Here are my own answers - I'd love to hear yours...

Slash - same sex pairing
Het - opposite sex pairing
Gen - NO PAIRINGS/NADA/ZILCH

Is this some illusion I have carried through years of reading fan fiction?  Are these relative terms?   I'd love to get your POVs.
